Where to park your Zipcar: know your options
Zipcar offers two different services, each with its own parking guidelines. Whether you're using Roundtrip or Flex, knowing Zipcar parking rules is essential! Fear no more of PCNs with our useful guide. Choose the service that best fits your needs and navigate the London parking regulations with ease!
Parking a Roundtrip Zipcar Vehicle
At the end of your Roundtrip Zipcar reservation, please return the vehicle to the Car Club Bay where your trip started. You can locate the bay in your reservation confirmation email, and we will inform you via email if there are any changes. If the designated bay is full or blocked when you return, please call Zipcar Customer Service at 0333 240 9000 so we can help you find a safe alternative parking spot. Please remember the Car Club Bay is exclusively for your Zipcar during the reservation period and cannot be used to park your personal vehicle and you might incur on a PCN.
Parking a Flex Zipcar Vehicle
Driving a Flex Zipcar in London grants you unique flexibility! Unlike traditional rentals, you don't return it to a fixed location. Just park in any approved Resident Bay within our Zipzone. Be sure to not park in a "permit holder only" bay, or you may be hit with a PCN. The Zipcar app features a live map of the Zipzone where users can locate nearby parking. With Flex freedom you can weave between spontaneous journeys and easy drop-offs! Always check the Zipcar app for the latest Zipzone boundaries to ensure compliance.
